Established in 1915 as St. Charles Borromeo Church, The Corinthian is a storied building in Waltham, Massachusetts that’s been meticulously restored and reimagined into 20 unique condominiums.
From the soaring cathedral ceilings to the high-end finishes, The Corinthian offers one-of-a-kind living, while saving this much loved building that had fallen into disrepair.
With longtime US collaborators, Blueprint Studio, we created the name, tagline, and positioning to make the project distinct and desirable — before writing the copy for a full suite of promo materials.
Celebrating history
The Corinthian had been a fixture in the Waltham community for over a century — a building people had grown up with, worshipped in, and celebrated in. Its history was the most interesting thing about the project, and the most important thing to get right.
We dug into its past to understand its place in the community and what it meant to the people who knew it. That research shaped the name, tagline, and tone of voice.
Positioning, print, and digital
The full scope covered the brochure, website, and open house materials — each one carrying the same idea through a different format.
The brochure gave prospective buyers the full story. The website distills it. And the open house materials put it in people's hands the moment they step inside.
The goal throughout was the same: to make The Corinthian feel like a carefully restored piece of local history, reimagined for a new chapter.
