Show the impact you deliver
Your projects affect people in profound ways. But too often that work goes unnoticed — because you’ve not yet found the narrative to make it land.
Whether you’re describing the social value of a campus library, the technical challenges of an office retrofit, or a sensitive addition to a historic home, our project stories bring clarity to complex ideas — so clients can find you and the industry can learn from you.
As easy as 1, 2, 3… 4
Straightforward from start to finish
01
We start with a conversation about the project — what it is, what made it interesting, and what you want people to take away.
02
We develop the narrative angles and share them with you before we write a word.
03
We conduct the client interview. You make the introduction; we handle the rest.
04
We draft, revise, and deliver. Two rounds of revisions are included — most clients find they don't need both.

FAQs
Do you specialise in a sector or typology?
No. We care more about the impact of the work than the building type or scale. We've written about pretty much every typology you could visit in your lifetime. From hospitals to homes, school to universities, leisure centres, churches, public squares, markets, offices, research labs, hotels, wine bars, ice rinks, skate parks, and even crematoriums. Throw a typology our way — let's see if we've covered it before.
How long does it take?
Most projects take two to three weeks from our initial conversation to final delivery. If you're working to a deadline — an award submission or a website launch — tell us upfront and we'll work to it.
What do you need from me?
A discovery call, and any relevant drawings, photos, and reports/presentations. Also an introduction to your client for the interview. Most clients find the process involves less of their time than they expected.
Can I use the content for things other than the website?
Yes. The long-form case study is structured so sections can be lifted and used in bids, award submissions, presentations, reports, and publications.
Why not just use AI?
AI can write, but it can't think. The results tend to be fast and cheap, and recognisable as both. People can tell, and yes it matters.
